10. சக மார்க்கம்

உண்மை வழியில் ஞானம் பெற்ற சாதகர்களுக்குத் தானாகவே இறைவன் தோழமையுடன் வழிகாட்டும் நெறிமுறையாகச் சக மார்க்கம், அதாவது தோழமை வழிமுறை, இருக்கின்றது.

For practitioners who have gained wisdom on the true path, Saga Margam, the path of companionship, stands as the discipline by which God himself guides them, unasked, as a companion.

இதுவே எப்போதும் நிலைத்து நிற்கின்ற வழியாக இருந்து, முக்திப் பேறு அடைவதற்கும் நினைப்பது அனைத்தையும் செயல்படுத்தி வைப்பதாகவும் இருக்கின்றது.

This alone remains the ever-abiding path, and it is what accomplishes every thought toward attaining liberation.

இதற்கு நேர் எதிரான வழியில் செல்பவர்கள் இடைவிடாமல் பிறவி எடுத்து இறந்து, மீண்டும் மீண்டும் மனம் செல்லுகின்ற வழியில் செல்லும்போதும்,

For those who go the opposite way, being born and dying without cease and going again and again wherever the mind leads,

இறைவன் தோழமையுடன் மறைந்திருந்து, ஒரு காலத்தில் உண்மை ஞானம் உறுதியாகக் கிடைக்கும்படி அருளுவான்.

God still remains hidden alongside them as companion, and in time graciously grants them true wisdom, firmly.

தியானத்தின் மூலம் துவாதச வெளியில் இருக்கின்ற இறைவனை அறிகின்ற யோக வழிமுறையை அறிந்துகொள்ளாதவர்களும்,

Toward those who fail to learn the yogic discipline of knowing, through meditation, the God who dwells in the space called Dwadasa Veli,

குருவின் மூலம் ஞானத்தைப் பெறாதவர்களும், இறைவன்மேல் பக்தி செய்யாதவர்களும், இறைவனை வழிபடும் தமது குல வழக்கத்தைக் கைவிடுபவர்களும் ஆகிய இவர்களை,

those who do not receive wisdom through a Guru, those who show no devotion toward God, and those who abandon their own family custom of worshipping God,

இவர்களுடன் சேர்ந்திருப்பது வீண் என்று திருமகள் விட்டு விலகிவிடுவாள்.

the Goddess of fortune will judge that remaining with them is in vain, and will turn away from them.

அவர்களின் உடலும், உடலைச் சுற்றி இருக்கின்ற நன்மைகளும் அழிந்து, அவை இழக்கப்பட்டுவிடும்.

Their bodies, and the good things that surround their bodies, will perish, and be lost.

யோகம் என்று அறியப்படுகின்ற சாதனையானது, ஆதியாக இருக்கின்ற இறைவனின் உள்ளேயே அடங்கி இருக்கின்றது;

The discipline known as Yoga is itself contained wholly within God, who is the origin,

அண்ட சராசரங்கள் அனைத்திலும் இறைவனோடு இடம் பெற்றிருக்கின்றது; அந்த யோகத்தில் ஆழ்ந்திருக்கின்ற சமாதி நிலையில்,

and takes its place, joined with God, in every one of the moving and unmoving things of the universe; in the deep state of samadhi within that Yoga,

சாதகருக்கு உள்ளே என்றும் நிலைபெற்றிருக்கின்ற ஒளியாக இறைவன் இருக்கின்றான்; அந்தச் சமாதி நிலைக்குள்ளேயே இருக்கின்ற அந்த ஒளியின் சக்தியை,

God dwells within the practitioner as the light that ever abides there, and it is that light's own power, present within that samadhi,

சமாதி நிலையிலிருந்துகொண்டே அனுபவித்துக்கொண்டு பேரின்பத்திலேயே திளைத்திருக்கின்ற சாதகர்களே சித்தர்கள் ஆவார்கள்.

that the practitioners who remain in that samadhi experience, and remaining steeped in supreme bliss, they are the Siddhars.

யோகமும், அதனால் கிடைக்கின்ற பேரின்பமும், யோக சாதனை புரிகின்ற யோகியர்களுக்கே, அவர்களின் தகுதிக்கு ஏற்றவாறு கிடைக்கும்.

Yoga, and the supreme bliss that comes from it, come only to the Yogis who perform the discipline of Yoga, according to their own worthiness.

யோகத்தில் இறைவனின் ஒளி உருவத்தைத் தமக்குள்ளே தரிசிக்கின்ற யோகியர்களின் உள்ளத்திற்குள் என்றும் இடைவிடாத இறை சிந்தனையாக இருக்கின்ற ஒரு யோகமே,

The one Yoga that stands as unbroken, ceaseless meditation upon God within the hearts of Yogis who behold God's form of light within themselves in Yoga

இந்த உலகத்தில் இருக்கின்ற யோகியர்களின் ஆன்மாவிற்கு, ஆதியாகிய பரமாத்மாவின் அருள் சக்தியாகக் கிடைக்கும்.

is what reaches, as the grace and power of the Supreme Soul, who is the origin, the souls of the Yogis of this world.

அந்த அருள் சக்தியால் உடலும் மனமும் ஆகிய இரண்டும் என்றும் அழியாமல் இருக்கின்ற நிலையை யோகியர்கள் பெறுவார்கள்.

By that grace and power, Yogis attain a state in which both body and mind remain ever undying.

சாதனைகளின் மூலம் உடலுக்குள் இருக்கின்ற ஆதார சக்கரங்களை ஆராய்ந்து, அதன் வழியாக உடலுக்குள் இருக்கின்ற நாடிகளைச் சுத்தம் செய்து,

Investigating, through spiritual disciplines, the adhara centres that lie within the body, and thereby purifying the nadis that lie within the body,

உடல் இயக்கத்திற்குக் காரணமாக இருக்கின்ற பதினாறு கலைகளோடு விண்ணில் இருக்கின்ற ஒளி வடிவமான இறை சக்தியானது கலக்கின்றது.

the divine power in the form of light that is in the sky merges with the sixteen kalas that cause the working of the body,

அதன்பிறகு, அறிவின் ஆலயமாக இருக்கின்ற உடலுக்குள் இருக்கின்ற புலன்களும், கரணங்களும், புத்தியும்,

and after that, the senses, the instrument-faculties and the intellect, all of which lie within the body, the temple of awareness,

தங்களின் இயல்பான செயல்களை இழந்து இறை நிலையைப் பெறுவதே இறைவனோடு தோழமையாக இருக்கின்ற வழிமுறையாகும்.

losing their ordinary functioning and attaining the state of God: this is the discipline of standing in companionship with God.

தமது ஆன்மாவோடு ஒன்றாகப் பிணைந்து தோழமையுடன் நிற்கின்ற எமது தந்தையாகிய இறைவன்,

God, who joins with the soul as one and stands as its companion, our Father,

அவனை அறிந்துகொள்ளாமல் இருக்கின்ற நிலையையும், அதனால் உயிரை வருத்தக்கூடிய கர்மங்களையும், உயிரின் நுண்ணியமான மனம் என்கின்ற கூர்மையான வாளைக் கொண்டு தமது அருளால் அறுத்து எறிகின்றான்.

cuts off and casts away, by his grace, using the sharp sword that is the soul's own subtle mind, the very failure to know him and the karmas that trouble the soul because of that failure.

பதினெட்டு வகையான தேவ கணங்களாலும் எப்போதும் எண்ணப்படுகின்ற ஒருவனாக இருப்பவனும் அவனே.

That God is thought of always by all eighteen kinds of divine hosts,

அந்த இறைவனைத் தமக்குள்ளேயே அறிந்து வணங்கும் வல்லமை பெற்ற சாதகரின் சிந்தைக்குள், அவன் தோழமையுடன் வந்து நின்று அருளுகின்றான்.

and into the mind of the practitioner who has gained the power to know and worship him within himself, that God comes and stands, graciously, as companion.

செழுமையாகப் பழுத்த பழத்தைப் போலவே செழுமையாகப் பிரகாசிக்கின்ற தேஜஸான உடலைப் பெற்றிருக்கின்ற அடியவர்களுக்கு,

For devotees who have received a body that gleams richly, like a fully ripened fruit,

அவர்களுடைய தேகம் அத்தகைய செழுமை பொருந்திய பழுத்த பழத்தைப் போல இருப்பதற்குக் காரணம், அவர்களுடைய வாழ்க்கை முழுவதும் தவறாமல் கடைபிடித்த வாய்மை எனும் ஒரு தர்மத்தினால் ஆகும்.

the reason their body is like such a ripened, richly formed fruit is a single virtue, truthfulness, held without fail through their whole life.

அந்த அடியவர்களது உள்ளமானது இறைவன்மேல் கொண்ட தூய்மையான அன்பினால் கனிந்திருப்பதனாலும், அவர்கள் கடைபிடித்து வந்த தர்மத்தின் பயனாலும், அவர்கள் எப்போதும் இன்பத்தோடு இருக்கின்றார்கள்.

Those devotees' hearts remain ever in joy, both because they are ripened with pure love for God and because of the fruit of the virtue they have upheld.

நன்றாகப் பழுத்த பழத்திற்குள் கனிந்திருக்கும் சுவை போலவே, பழுத்த பழம் போன்ற அவர்களின் உள்ளத்திற்குள் அந்தச் சுவையாகவே சேர்ந்து தோழமையுடன் நிற்கின்றான் இறைவன்.

And just as sweetness lies ripened within a well-ripened fruit, God himself stands as companion, joined like that very sweetness, within their hearts that are like ripened fruit.
