நந்தி எனும் பெயர் கொண்ட இறைவனின் திருநாமத்தை நான் எப்போதும் சொல்லிக்கொண்டே இருப்பேன். அவனை எனது நெஞ்சத்துள் வைத்து, இரவு பகல் பாராமல் இதைச் செய்வேன். விண்ணுக்கும் மண்ணுக்கும் ஓங்கி நிற்கும் ஜோதி வடிவான எம்பெருமானை அடைய வேண்டும் என்ற எண்ணத்தில் எப்போதும் இருப்பேன். எவரும் ஏற்றி வைக்காமல் இயல்பாகவே ஒளிரும் மாபெரும் ஜோதியே நான் வணங்கும் இறைவன் ஆவான்.
I go on speaking the sacred name of God, who bears the name Nandi, always. I hold him within my own heart and do this without regard for night or day. I remain always with the thought that I must reach my Lord, who stands lofty over sky and earth alike in the form of light. That great light which shines of its own nature, lit by no one, is the very God I worship.
