இறைவன் கூறிய நூல்களின் பொருளைத் தன் உள்ளத்தில் உணர்ந்து ஓதும்போது அவை சிறப்படைகின்றன. உத்தமமான வேதத்தின் பொருளையும் அவ்வாறே அவனது அருளால் உள்ளுணர்ந்து ஓதவேண்டும். உடலும் மனமும் ஒன்று போல் லயித்திருக்கும்போது, உள்ளிருந்து பேரின்ப உணர்வுகள் உற்பத்தியாகும். இவை அனைத்தையும் என்மேல் கொண்ட கருணையால் எம் குருநாதனாகிய இறைவன் எமக்கு அளித்து அருளினான்.
The texts God declared gain their glory when their meaning is recited with inner understanding. The meaning of the exalted Veda too should be recited in this way, through his grace and with inner understanding. When body and mind become absorbed as one, feelings of supreme bliss rise up from within. All of this, God, my own guru, gave to me out of the compassion he held for me.
