இறைவனின் திருமேனியில் சரிபாகம் கொண்டவளும், என்றும் நீங்காத ஆனந்தத்தின் பெயரை உடையவளும் உமா தேவி. பிறப்பை நீக்கி என்னை முழுமையாக ஆட்கொண்டவளும், சீரும் சிறப்பும் உடையவளும் அவளே. தம் தலைவன் சிவபெருமானின் அருள் வேண்டிப் பசு மாடாக இருந்து தவம்புரிந்த திருஆவடுதுறைத் திருத்தலத்தில், இருவரும் சேர்ந்து வீற்றிருக்கும் சிவசக்தியின் திருவடிகளைத் தொழுதுகொண்டே, நான் அத்திருத்தலத்தில் இருந்தேன்.
