மாலைநேர அந்திச் சூரியனைப் போன்ற சிவந்த நிறமுடையவனே, பிறவியை அழிக்கும் அரனே, சிவனே என்று மனத்தில் எண்ணிக்கொண்டே இறைவனைத் தொழும் மனம் திருந்திய அடியவர்களுக்கும், அனைத்திற்கும் ஆரம்பமானவனே, முதல்வனே, ஆதியானவனே என்று துதிக்கும் எமக்கும், ஞானவடிவான இறைவன் எமது மனத்துள் புகுந்து நிற்கின்றான்.
To reformed devotees who worship, thinking in their minds of Aran, red as the evening twilight sun, who destroys rebirth, and calling him Sivan, and to us too, who praise him as the beginning, the first, the primal source of all things, God, who takes the form of wisdom itself, enters and stands within our minds.
