  உயிர்களின் உயிர்ப்பு ஆற்றலாகிய, சகஸ்ரதளத்தின் உச்சியில் இருக்கும் ஆயிரம் இதழ் கொண்ட தாமரை மலரிடத்தில் பேரின்பம் உண்டாகின்றது.

  Great bliss arises at the thousand-petalled lotus at the crown of the sahasradala, which is the living power of souls.

  அந்தத் தாமரை மலரின் மேல் பிரகாசமாகத் திகழும் ஜோதியாக வீற்றிருந்து, அதிலிருந்து அனைத்திற்கும் பரவுகின்ற ஒளிக் கதிர்களைப் போன்ற விரிந்த சடையைக் கொண்ட குருநாதனாகிய இறைவன் அங்கு அமர்ந்திருக்கின்றான்.

  Seated above that lotus as a brightly shining flame, the Lord who is the guru, whose spreading matted hair is like the rays of light that go out from there to everything, abides there.

  அந்த இறைவனைத் தாம் செய்கின்ற பூஜையின் மூலம் போற்றிப் புகழ்ந்து அழைத்தும், இறைவன் மேல் எண்ணங்களை வைத்தும், அந்த எண்ணங்களைக் கொண்டு போய்ச் சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் ஜோதியாக வீற்றிருக்கும் இறைவனிடத்தில் சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.

  That Lord is to be called, praised and extolled through the puja one performs, one's thoughts are to be set on him, and those thoughts are to be carried and joined to the Lord who sits as a flame in the sahasradala.

  அவ்வாறு நிலைபெற்று இருக்கும்படிச் சேர்க்கின்ற மனதின் திறமைக்குத் திறவுகோலாக இருப்பது எதுவென்று தாங்கள் அறியாமல் இருக்கின்றார்கள்.

  But what the key is to that skill of mind which so joins them and keeps them settled and abiding there, they do not know.
