அத்த னவதீர்த்த மாடும் பரிசுகேளொத்த மெஞ்ஞானத் துயர்ந்தவர் பாதத்தைச்சுத்தம தாக விளக்கித் தெளிக்கவேமுத்தி யாமென்று நம்மூலன் மொழிந்ததே.
உரைmeaning
அனைத்து உயிர்களுக்கும் தந்தையாகிய இறைவன், நமது உடலுக்குள் இருக்கின்ற ஒன்பது விதமான தீர்த்தங்களாகிய சக்கரங்களில் திருநடனம் புரிவதனால் கிடைக்கின்ற பலனைப் பற்றிக் கூறுகின்றேன், கேளுங்கள். இறைவனுக்கு இணையாகிய உண்மையான ஞானத்தில் உயர்ந்து விளங்கும் ஞானிகளின் அருள் நிறைந்த திருவடிகளைச் சுத்தமான நீரினால் கழுவித் துடைத்து, அந்த நீரை நமது தலையில் தீர்த்தமாகத் தெளித்துக் கொண்டால், அந்த அருளின் பயனால் நமக்குள் இருக்கின்ற ஒன்பது விதமான தீர்த்தங்களாகிய சக்கரங்களில் இறைவன் வந்து திருநடனம் புரிவான். அப்போது அதன் பயனால் மும்மலங்களும் நீங்கப்பெற்றுக் கிடைக்கின்ற முக்தி நிலையாக இறைவனே இருப்பான் என்று, நமக்கெல்லாம் ஆதிமூலமாகிய இறைவனே சொல்லி அருளினான்.
The Lord who is father to all souls dances his sacred dance in the nine kinds of holy water that are the chakras within our body, and I shall tell you the fruit that comes of it; listen. If the grace-filled sacred feet of the wise ones who stand high in the true wisdom that is equal to the Lord himself are washed and wiped clean with pure water, and that water is then sprinkled on our own head as holy water, then by the working of that grace the Lord will come and dance his sacred dance in the nine kinds of holy water that are the chakras within us. And then, by the fruit of that, the Lord himself will be the state of liberation that is reached when the three impurities have fallen away. So the Lord who is the primal source of us all has himself said and graciously taught.

if they are washed and wiped clean with pure water and that water is sprinkled on one's own head as holy water, then by the working of that grace the Lord will come and dance his sacred dance in those chakras.

அப்போது மும்மலங்களும் நீங்கப்பெற்றுக் கிடைக்கின்ற முக்தி நிலையாக இறைவனே இருப்பான் என்று, நமக்கெல்லாம் ஆதிமூலமாகிய இறைவனே சொல்லி அருளினான்.
