  அடியவர்களால் அபிஷேகமும் மலர்மாலைகள் சூட்டி அலங்காரமும் செய்யப்பட்டு, இறைவனின் பிரதிநிதிகளாக வழிபடப்படுகின்ற வானுலகத்துத் தேவர்கள்,

  The celestials of the heavenly world, who are bathed in abhisheka by devotees, adorned with flower garlands, and worshipped as the Lord's own representatives,

  அவர்களுடைய நெஞ்சத்திற்குள் இறைவன் எப்போதும் வீற்றிருந்து, அடியவர்களின் வழிபாட்டிற்கு ஏற்ப அருளை வழங்குகின்றான்; அதற்குக் காரணம் என்னவென்றால்,

  have the Lord dwelling always within their hearts, granting his grace in the measure of the devotees' worship; and the reason for it is this,

  அடியவர்கள் பஞ்சாமிர்தம் முதலாகிய உணவைப் படைத்து, எட்டோடு எட்டாகிய பதினாறு விதமான உபசாரங்களைச் செய்தார்கள்.

  the devotees set before him the offering of food beginning with panchamirtham, and performed the sixteen kinds of upachara, eight together with eight.

  இரண்டு கரங்களையும் ஒன்றாகக் கூப்பி, மனதை இறைவன் மேல் வைத்து, உண்மையான அன்போடு அருச்சனை செய்தார்கள்.

  They joined both hands together, set their minds upon the Lord, and made their archana with true love.
