  தமக்குள்ளே ஆராய்ந்து யான் அறிந்து கொண்ட அந்த இறைவனே, உயிர்கள் பிறவி எடுக்கின்ற அன்றே அவற்றிற்குள் மறைந்து நிற்கின்றான்.

  The God whom I searched out and came to know within myself stands hidden inside the souls from the very day they take birth.

  வானுலகத்து தேவர்களும் அவன் இருப்பதை அறிந்து கொண்டாலும், அவனுடைய உண்மையான தன்மை எது என்று அறியாமல், நான் என்கின்ற ஆணவத்தில் மயங்கி நிற்கின்றார்கள்.

  Even the gods of the heavenly world, though they know that he exists, do not know what his true nature is, and stand bewildered in the pride of "I".

  நான் என்கின்ற உடம்பு எது என்று அறிந்து கொண்டால், அதற்கு உள்ளே உயிராக ஒன்றி இருக்கின்றவன் ஒளி வடிவான இறைவனே.

  If one knows what this body called "I" is, the one who abides inside it as the very life is the God of the form of light.

  அவனைத் தமக்குள்ளே ஆராய்ந்து தனது வாழ்நாள் காலத்திலேயே அறிந்து கொள்ளாதவன், உயிர் போன பின்பு எப்படி அறிந்து கொள்ளப் போகின்றான்?

  One who does not search within himself and come to know him in his own lifetime, how is he going to know him after the life has departed?
