  இறைவியும் இறைவனும் தாங்கள் ஆடுகின்ற திருவிளையாட்டின் மூலம், உயிர்களின் வினைகளுக்கு ஏற்ப ஐந்து பூதங்களால் உடலை உண்டாக்கி, அதனோடு உயிரைச் சேர்க்கின்றார்கள்.

  By the sacred play they play, the Goddess and the Lord make a body of the five elements according to the deeds of souls, and join the soul to it.

  ஒன்றாக இருக்கின்ற சுத்தம், அசுத்தம் ஆகிய இரண்டு விதமான மாயைகளின் கூட்டத்திற்கு நடுவில் பந்த பாசங்களால் அந்த உயிர்களைப் பூட்டி, அவற்றின் வினைகளை அனுபவிக்க வைக்கின்றார்கள்.

  In the midst of the gathering of the two mayas, the pure and the impure, which stand together as one, they lock those souls with the bonds of attachment, so that they undergo their deeds.

  தம்மை அடைய விரும்பி முயற்சி செய்கின்ற உயிர்களின் வினைகளைச் சிறிது சிறிதாக நீக்கிச் சுத்தம் செய்து, அவை அனுபவிக்க வேண்டிய அவத்தைகள் அனைத்தையும் மாற்றி நீக்கிவிடுகின்றார்கள்.

  For the souls who desire to reach them and strive for it, they remove the deeds little by little and make them pure, and turn away and remove every state those souls would otherwise have had to pass through.

  பிறகு அந்த உயிரின் சித்தத்தைப் பேரின்பத்தில் மகிழ்ந்திருக்கும்படிச் செய்து, சிவமாகவே அந்த உயிரின் உள்ளத்தை ஞான இலிங்கமாக்கிவிடுவார்கள்.

  Then they make the mind of that soul rejoice in supreme bliss, and as Shiva himself they make the heart of that soul into the gnana lingam.
