If anyone in the world says that it is not God who stands as the Lord within them and makes them act, they are the ones who do not know. For God, who from within recites to every one of them, takes the very mind of his devotee as his temple and stands alone, with none like him and nothing to compare him to, wearing the serpent in the rich matted hair upon his head and bearing fire and water in his hands. He makes his devotee do good deeds, and he himself accepts the merit of them.
