  தமக்குள்ளிருந்து நாத வடிவமாக வெளிப்படுகின்ற நடராஜ வடிவத் தத்துவமானது, அண்ட சராசரங்களும், அதற்கும் மேல் உள்ளதும், அதற்கும் கீழ் உள்ளதும் ஆகிய மூன்று இடங்களிலும் முழுவதுமாக நிறைந்து நிற்கின்ற மாபெரும் தீயாக இருக்கின்றது.

  The Nataraja principle in its form, which comes forth from within oneself as the form of sound, stands as the great fire that fills completely all three, the universe with all its moving and unmoving beings, what is above it and what is below it.

  ஈரேழு பதினான்கு உலகங்களையும் தாங்கிக் கொண்டும், அனைத்திற்கும் நடுவாகிய ஆகாயத் தத்துவமாகவும் இருக்கின்றது.

  It bears up all the twice seven, the fourteen worlds, and stands as the principle of akasa, the space that is at the centre of all.

  அனைத்தையும் தாண்டி ஓங்கி விளங்குவதாகவும், அனைத்திற்கும் ஆதியாகவும், அனைத்திற்கும் முடிவாகவும் இருக்கின்றது.

  It rises high beyond all things, and it is the beginning of all and the end of all.

  இங்கு உள்ள அனைத்தையும் தமது உடலுக்குள்ளேயே கொண்டு சந்திரனைப் போலக் குளிர்ச்சியாகவும் இருக்கின்றது.

  And holding within its own body everything that is here, it stands cool like the moon.
