  இறையருளால் ஒன்றாகச் செயல்படுகின்ற ஆறு சக்கரங்களும் உடலோடு சேர்ந்து கிடந்து,

  The six chakras, which by the grace of God act as one, lie together with the body,

  எப்போதும் எம்பெருமானாகிய இறைவன் தமக்குள் அடங்கி இருக்கின்ற இயல்பான தன்மையாகிவிடும்.

  and it becomes the natural state in which our Lord God is always contained within oneself.

  அதன் பிறகு, அழகிய தலையை உடையவனாகிய இறைவனைத் தமக்குள் முழுவதும் உணர்ந்து தெளிவு பெறுவதற்காக, தீய மலங்களைத் திருத்தி நன்மையை அருளுகின்ற அந்தச் சிவனுடைய திருவடியை,

  After that, so as to realize fully within myself and gain clarity about God who has the beautiful head, the sacred foot of that Sivan who corrects the evil malas and graciously gives good
