  அனைத்திலும் பொருந்தி ஒன்றாகவே இருக்கின்ற ஜோதியான இறைவனே பிரம்மனாகவும், திருமாலாகவும், உயிர்களின் தலைவனாகிய உருத்திரனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

  The God who is light, joined with all things and standing as one with them, is himself Brahman, Thirumal, and Rudran the lord of souls.

  ஒன்று பட்டு இருக்கின்ற ஒளியாகிய சூரியனாகவும், தேவர்களின் தலைவனாகிய இந்திரனாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

  He is the sun which is gathered light, and Indiran the lord of the celestials.

  அனைத்து உயிர்களின் கண்களில் இருந்து காண்கின்ற ஒளியாகவே கலந்து நிற்கின்றவனாகவும், அனைத்திலும் இருக்கின்ற தேவர்களாகவும் இருக்கின்றான்.

  He is the very light that sees from the eyes of all living beings and stands mingled with them, and he is the celestials who are present in everything.

  குளிர்ந்த ஒளியைத் தருகின்ற சந்திரனாகவும் ஆகி எங்கும் பரந்து இருக்கின்றான்; அவனே இலிங்க வடிவம் ஆகும்.

  He is the moon that gives cool light, and he is spread everywhere. He himself is the form of the lingam.
