  ஆறு ஆதார சக்கரங்களின் எல்லைகளும் ஒன்றாகக் கூடி ஆகுகின்ற உயிர்களின் உடம்பினுள்,

  Within the body of living beings, which comes to be where the bounds of the six adhara chakras meet and become one,

  சொல்லிய ஆதாரங்களாகிய ஆறு சக்கரங்களையும் குறிக்கோளாகக் கொண்டு சாதகம் செய்யுங்கள்.

  hold as your goal the six chakras that were spoken of as the adharas, and do sadhana.

  அப்போது, அந்த ஆறு சக்கரங்களிலும் வீற்றிருக்கின்ற எழுத்துக்களும் சக்தியூட்டம் பெற்று, ஆறு அத்துவாக்களுக்கு ஆதாரமாக இருக்கின்ற ஐம்பது எழுத்துக்களுக்கு மேலே வீற்றிருந்து,

  Then the letters seated in those six chakras receive power and take their seat above the fifty letters that are the ground of the six adhvas,

  அந்த ஐம்பது எழுத்துக்களுக்குள் ஊறியிருந்து நடுவில் ஆதாரமாக வீற்றிருக்கின்ற ஒரு எழுத்தாகிய ஓங்காரமாகவே மாறியிருக்கும்.

  and, having steeped themselves within those fifty, they turn into the one letter seated as the ground at their very centre, which is the Omkara itself.
