  ஆறு ஆதாரங்களையும் தியானத்தின் வழியாகப் பயிற்சி செய்வதன் மூலம், உடலில் உள்ள அனைத்து நாடிகளும் சுத்தம் அடைந்த பிறகு,

  When the six adharas are worked at by way of contemplation, and every channel in the body has thereby become clean,

  வேதங்களுக்கு மூலமாகிய இறைவன் பதினாறு கலைகளாகத் தமக்குள் கலந்து, வானத்தில் இருந்து உலகத்தின் இருளை நீக்கும் பேரொளியைப் போலவே,

  God, who is the source of the Vedas, mingles within as sixteen kalais, exactly as the great light in the sky removes the darkness of the world,

  தமக்குள் உண்மை ஞானத்தை விளக்கி அருளுகின்ற ஆலயமாகவே வீற்றிருப்பான்; அதன் பிறகு, ஐந்து புலன்களும், நான்கு அந்தக் கரணங்களும், அறிவும்,

  உலகப் பற்றுக்கள் சார்ந்த தங்களின் இயல்பான நிலையை மாற்றி, ஒன்றாகச் சேர்ந்து இறைவனை நோக்கிச் செயல்படுவதே தோழமையின் வழிமுறையாகும்.

  turn from their ordinary condition bound to worldly attachment, join together as one and act towards God. That is the way of companionship, Sagamargam.
