ஞானிகளுடைய உடலில் இருந்து வெளிப்படுகின்ற வேடமானது, அவர்களுடைய உயிர் நிலையைக் குறிப்பது ஆகாது. அவர்கள் தங்களுடைய உடலை நீக்கிவிட்டால், அவர்களிடமிருந்து வெளிப்பட்ட வேடமும் அதனுடனே சேர்ந்து நீங்கிவிடும். உடலோடு இருக்கும் உயிருக்கு உள்ளே அமைந்திருக்கின்ற ஒரு பரம்பொருளை ஆராய்ந்து உணர்ந்து கொள்ளாதவர்கள், கடல் அலைகளில் அகப்பட்டுக் கொண்ட கட்டையைப் போலவே, பிறவி எனும் சுழற்சியில் சிக்கிக் கொண்டு மீண்டும் மீண்டும் பிறவி எடுத்துத் துன்பத்தில் உழல்வார்கள்.
