  உண்மையான தவ வலிமையை அதிகமாகக் கொண்ட தவசிகளே, அனைத்திலும் சிறந்த உண்மையான தவ வேடத்தை அணிந்தவர்கள் ஆவார்கள்.

  Ascetics who hold in abundance the true strength of austerity are the ones who wear the true garb of austerity, the finest of all.

  பொய்யான தவ வேடம் அணிந்ததால் பெற்ற பாவங்களை அதிகமாகக் கொண்ட பொய்யான தவசிகளே, உயிர்க் கொலையை விடவும் கொடுமையான கொலையாகிய தர்மத்தையே கொலை செய்கின்ற பொய்யான வேடதாரிகள் ஆவார்கள்.

  Those false ascetics who hold in abundance the sins earned by wearing a false garb of austerity are the false wearers who commit the killing of dharma itself, a killing crueller than the killing of a life.

  ஆதலால், பாவங்களை அதிகமாகக் கொண்ட அவர்கள் உண்மையான தவ வேடத்திற்குத் தகுதி உடையவர்கள் ஆக மாட்டார்கள்.

  Therefore those who hold such an abundance of sin will never be worthy of the true garb of austerity.

  உண்மையான அந்தத் தவ வேடத்தை, தவ வலிமையை அதிகமாகக் கொண்ட தவசிகளைத் தவிர வேறு யாராலும் தாங்க முடியாது.

  That true garb of austerity none can bear except the ascetics who hold in abundance the strength of austerity.
