Though he is hidden by illusion, he is not hidden from those of tapas who have conquered illusion; he is the God who is not joined within the eye but is joined within the mind. He cannot be approached by anyone except those who have performed the rare tapas. If one who has performed that rare tapas beholds the God who is joined with the mind, he is seen wearing his wide-spread matted hair, of a bright colour like fresh gold, worthy of praise and worship the moment he is seen, and wearing the white moon upon his head.
