  எமது உடல் உயிரோடு சேர்ந்திருக்கின்ற ஆன்மா, மற்றும் யாம் இருக்கின்ற உலகம் ஆகிய இரண்டு இடத்தின் மூலத்தையும்,

  The origin of both places, the soul that is joined with our body and life and the world in which we live,

  செம்மையாகிய மாபெரும் தவத்தைச் செய்கின்ற செயலின் பெருமையையும்,

  and the greatness of the act of performing the great and upright tapas,

• வரி 3Line 3

  அந்த மாயவனாக இருக்கின்ற இறைவனுடைய திருவருளைப் பெற்றுத் தவ நிலையில் இருப்பவர்களைத் தவிர,

  none but those who have received the grace of that Lord who is the wondrous one and who stand in the state of tapas,

  இந்த மாபெரும் தவத்தின் இயல்பையும் வேறு எவரும் அறிய மாட்டார்கள்.

  and the nature of this great tapas itself, will any other person ever know.
