  எமது தலையின் மேல் தமது திருவடியை இறைவன் வைத்து அருளிய முறையைச் செய்யாமல் இருந்திருந்தால், யான் மேலும் மேலும் சேர்த்துக்கொள்ளும் வினைகள் எஞ்சி நிற்கும்.

  Had God not done what he did in setting his sacred foot upon our head, the deeds I go on gathering more and more would have remained.

  அப்போது, மாயனாகிய திருமால் மாயையால் வைத்த எண்ணங்களையே கொண்டு, மாயத்திலேயே எமது வாழ்க்கை இருக்கும்படி ஆகிவிடும்.

  Then, holding only the thoughts that Thirumal the deceiver placed there through illusion, our life would have been made to stay within illusion itself.

  எமது தலையில் அமிழ்தமாக இருக்கின்றவனும், எங்கும் படர்கின்ற ஒளி வடிவமாக இருப்பவனும் ஆகிய இறைவனே எம்மைக் காத்தான்.

  It is God, who is the nectar upon our head and who is the form of light that spreads everywhere, who saved us.

  தமது திருவடியை எமது தலையின் மேல் வைத்து அருளிய வழிமுறையும், முக்திக்கான அனைத்து நலங்களையும் எமக்கு அருளிய வழிமுறையுமே, எம்மை அப்படிப்பட்ட மாய வாழ்க்கையிலிருந்து காப்பாற்றியது.

  The manner in which he set his sacred foot upon our head, and the manner in which he granted us every good that belongs to liberation, are what saved us from such a life of illusion.
