  போற்றத்தக்க தமது திருவடிகளை எமது தலையின் மேல் வைத்து, தமது கனிவு கொண்ட அருள் பார்வையால் எம்மைப் பார்த்தார்.

  He set his honoured sacred feet upon our head and looked upon us with his tender glance of grace.

  அனைத்திலும் பெரியதான தமது திருவடியை எம்மேல் வைத்தார் அந்தப் பெருமைக்குரிய குருநாதராகிய இறைவன்.

  That God worthy of honour, who is the guru, placed upon us his sacred foot that is greatest of all.

  குருவின் வடிவத்தில் யாம் தரிசித்தவனே தலைவனாகிய எமது இறைவன்.

  The one whom we beheld in the form of the guru is our God, the lord.

  இனி எப்போதும் கருவாக வந்து பிறக்கும் வழி இல்லாமல் போகும்படி அவன் செய்து அருளியதை யாம் கண்டுகொண்டோமே.

  We have seen this, that he has made it so there is no longer any way for us to come and be born again in the womb.
