  எமது இதயத்தில் இருக்கின்ற விருப்பத்திலும், எமது தலையின் மேலும், தனது திருவடியை நீங்காமல் வைத்து அருளினான் அந்த அசையா சக்தியாகிய பரம்பொருளாகவும் குருநாதராகவும் இருக்கின்ற இறைவன்.

  God, who is the unmoving power, the supreme being and the guru, set his sacred foot without departing, both upon the desire that is in our heart and upon our head.

  யாம் முக்தி அடைவதற்காக அவன் வைத்து அருளிய வழியையும், உண்மைப் பொருளை எமக்குக் காட்டி அருளிய வழியையும்,

  The way he set for us to attain liberation, and the way in which he showed us the true substance,

  இயல்பான வாழ்க்கையின் இறப்பு விதியை மாற்றித் தம்மை வந்து அடைவதையே விதியாக வைத்து அருளிய வழியையும்,

  and the way in which he changed the ordinary law of life that ends in death and made the reaching of himself our law instead,
