  பாடல் 1590 இல் கூறியபடி குருவாக வந்து தமது திருவடியை அடியவரின் உள்ளத்திற்குள் தந்த அந்தக் கணமே, தன்னையும் தந்து அருளுகின்றார் எமது இறைவன்.

  At the very moment when he came as the guru and gave his sacred foot within the devotee's heart, as at verse 1590, our God gave himself as well.

  அதனோடு, அடியவருக்கு ஞானமாகிய வாளையும் தந்து, அந்த ஞானத்தை உபயோகிக்கும் பக்குவத்தையும் கொடுத்து வைக்கின்றார்.

  With it he gave the devotee the sword that is wisdom, and gave also the ripeness to wield that wisdom.

  அடியவருக்கு முக்தியாகிய எல்லையும் இல்லாமல், அவரின் உடலுக்கு அழிவும் இல்லாமல், இந்த உலகத்தையே ஆட்சி செய் என்று விட்டு அருளுகின்றார்.

  He left him with the word to rule this world itself, setting no bound upon his liberation and no destruction upon his body.

  தமது அருளை அடியவரின் உயிருக்குக் கிரீடமாக வைத்து அருளி, இந்த உலகத்தையே ஆளுகின்ற அரச பதவியையும் தந்து அருளுகின்றார்.

  Placing his grace as a crown upon the devotee's life, he gave him the kingship that rules this world.
