  இறைவனிடம் மிகுந்த பக்தியும், அவனை அடைய வேண்டும் என்ற ஞானத்தில் மிகவும் உறுதியாக நிற்பதும், பரம்பொருளை அடைவதற்கு விதையாக இருக்கின்றது.

  Great devotion towards God, and standing very firmly in the knowledge that one must reach him, are the seed for reaching the supreme being.

  இந்த விதையானது, தமக்குள் இருக்கின்ற சிவமே தாம் என்பதை உணர்ந்து, அந்த இறை சக்தியோடு ஒன்றாகச் சேர்ந்திருப்பதால்தான் கிடைக்கின்றது.

  This seed is obtained only by realizing that the Sivam within oneself is oneself, and by joining as one with that divine power.

  இந்த நிலையில் இருக்கும்போது கிடைக்கின்ற முக்தி எனும் விடுதலையில், உண்மை அறிவான ஞானத்தை இந்த விதையே தமக்குள் முளைக்க வைக்கின்றது.

  In the release that is liberation, gained while standing in this state, it is this same seed that makes true wisdom sprout within.

  ஆனால், இந்த ஞானத்தை முளைக்க வைப்பதற்குத் தமக்குள் இருக்கின்ற இறை சக்தியானது தனது அருளைக் கொடுத்தால்தான் அது எளிமையாக நடக்கும்; இல்லாவிட்டால் கடினமே.

  But for that wisdom to be made to sprout, it happens easily only if the divine power within gives its grace; otherwise it is hard.
