  பக்தி செய்து இறைவனை வணங்கிப் பணிகின்ற அடியவரின் புகழை மற்றவர்களும் தெரிந்துகொள்ளும்படி இறைவன் அருளுகின்றான்.

  God grants that others too should come to know the fame of the devotee who does bhakti and bows in worship to him.

  தூய்மையான பக்தியால் சொல்வது அனைத்தும் அப்படியே நிகழும் சத்திய வாக்கையும் கொடுத்து அருளி, ஒரு குற்றமும் இல்லாமல் போகும்படி பல விதமான சோதனைகளால் சோதிக்கின்றான்.

  He gives also the word of truth by which, through pure devotion, all that is spoken comes to pass, and he tests the devotee with many kinds of trials until not one fault remains.

  நிலையானதாகிய சிவமும், நிலையில்லாததாகிய உடலும், நிலையில்லாத அந்த உடலுக்குள் நிலையாக நிற்கின்ற ஆன்மாவும் தாமே என்பதைக் காட்டி அருளுகின்றான்.

  He shows that the enduring Sivam, the body that does not endure, and the soul that stands enduring within that body which does not endure, are all himself.

  ஆதலால், அடியவர்களின் சித்தத்திற்குள் நிலைத்திருக்கும் இறை சக்தியே அருளைக் கொடுக்கின்ற சிவகுருவாக வந்து இருக்கின்றான்.

  Therefore the divine power that stands settled within the minds of devotees has itself come as the Siva-guru who gives grace.
