உரைmeaning
இறைவனை ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்தவர்களே அமரர்களாகவும், உண்மை ஞானமும் உலக ஞானமும் பெற்ற வித்தியாதரர்களாகவும் இருக்கின்றார்கள். ஆனாலும், ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்துகொள்ள முடியாத தன்மையை உடையவனாக நின்று அனைத்தையும் காக்கின்ற இறைவனை அடைகின்ற வழிமுறை, அன்பினால் உணர்கின்ற வழிமுறையாகும். அப்படிப்பட்ட இறைவனை யானும் அன்பினால் ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்துகொண்டு, அவனின் திருவடிகளை எமது இரண்டு கைகளையும் கூப்பித் தொழுது வணங்கி, எமக்குள்ளேயே ஆராய்ந்து அறிந்துகொண்டோம். அது எப்படி என்றால், அன்பின் வடிவமாகிய இறைவனின் சக்தியே எமக்குள் இருக்கின்ற மனமாகவும், அதன் தன்மைகளாகவும், எமக்குள் இயங்குகின்ற அனைத்துமாகவும் இருந்து எமக்குக் காண்பித்ததை யாம் கண்டுகொண்டோம்.
Those who have searched out and known God are themselves the immortals, and the Vidyadharas who have gained both true wisdom and worldly wisdom. Yet the way of reaching God, who protects all and stands of such a nature that he cannot be searched out and known, is the way of realizing him by love. I too searched out and knew such a God by love, and, joining both my hands and worshipping his sacred feet, we searched within ourselves and knew him. How was it so? The power of God, which is the very form of love, stood as the mind within us, as its qualities, and as everything that works within us, and showed itself to us; and this we saw and knew.
