  எப்போதும் நிலையாக இருக்கின்ற ஒருவனாகிய இறைவன், தன்னை நினைக்கின்ற வடிவமாகவே கலந்து, மனதின் தன்மைக்கு ஏற்றவாறு இருக்கின்றான்.

  God, who is the one that abides always unchanging, mingles as the very form in which he is thought of, and stands according to the nature of the mind.

  இப்படி இறைவன் இருப்பதை எடுத்துக் கூறினால், அறியாமையில் மூழ்கி அறிவில் ஏழைகளாக இருக்கின்ற மனிதர்கள் இகழ்ந்து சிரிப்பார்கள்.

  If it is set out that God is so, then people who are sunk in ignorance and are poor in understanding will scorn it and laugh.

  இவ்வாறு எண்ணத்திற்கு ஏற்றபடி தம்மோடு பொருந்தி இருக்கின்ற இறைவனைத் தமது மனதினால் தொழுது வந்தால், தனக்குச் சரிசமமாக எதுவும் இல்லாதவனாகிய அவன்,

  But if one worships with one's own mind the God who is thus joined to oneself according to one's thought, then he who has no equal at all

  அவர்களின் மனதிற்குள் வெளிப்பட்டு, அவனை உணர்வதற்கான வழியில் செல்ல வைப்பான்.

  will manifest within their mind and set them going on the way by which he is realized.
