  இறைவனை அடைகின்ற வழியில் ஆசைகள் இல்லாமல் சென்று புரிகின்ற மாபெரும் தவமானது, அதன் பயனால் நிலைபெற்று நிற்கின்றபோது,

  When the great austerity performed by going along the way by which God is reached, without desires, stands firm by its own fruit,

  ஞானிகள் பழிக்கின்ற உலக வழிகளில் செல்லும்போது வலிமையான வினைகளினால் கட்டியிருக்கின்ற பற்றை அறுத்துவிட்டு, தாம் இருக்கின்ற இடத்திலேயே இறைவனை நோக்கிய வழியில் செல்லுகின்றவர்கள்,

  those who sever the attachment that strong deeds have bound upon them while going along the worldly ways the wise censure, and who, in the very place where they are, go along the way that faces God,

  வலிமையான வினைகளில் ஆட்பட்டு வினை வழியே செல்லுகின்ற உலகத்தவர்களின் உறுதியான பந்த பாசங்களை விட்டுவிட்டு,

  and who leave behind the firm bonds and attachments of the people of the world who are seized by strong deeds and go the way of those deeds,

  இறைவன் இருக்கின்ற இடம் நோக்கி அவனை அடைகின்ற வழியில் சென்றால், தேவர்களுக்கு எல்லாம் தலைவனாகிய இறைவனின் முன்பு சென்று நிற்பார்கள்.

  will, if they go along the way of reaching him, towards the place where God is, come and stand before God, who is the lord of all the celestials.
