  தங்களைக் காத்து அருளுகின்ற வழிமுறையில் அப்பனாகவும், ஆதிப் பரம்பொருளாகவும், அனைத்திற்கும் தலைவனாகவும் இருக்கின்ற இறைவனே,

  God himself, who in the discipline by which he guards and blesses them is the father, the primal Supreme, and the lord of all,

  தங்களுக்கு உத்வேகத்தைக் கொடுத்து முயற்சி செய்யவைக்கின்ற வழிமுறைகளாகவே ஆகி வந்து, தங்களின் உள்ளத்திற்குள் புகுந்து வீற்றிருப்பான்.

  becomes the very disciplines that give them their impulse and set them striving, and comes and enters and is seated within their heart.

  பரம்பொருளை அடைகின்ற வழிமுறைகளைத் தேடி அலைகின்ற பக்தர்கள், தங்களின் எண்ணத்தினால்

  But if the devotees who wander in search of the disciplines by which the Supreme is reached fail, by their own thought,

  அந்தப் பரம்பொருளை அறிந்துகொள்ளாமல் போய்விட்டால், இறைவனும் அவர்களால் நெருங்க முடியாத அளவிற்குத் தூரமாகவே இருப்பான்.

  to come to know that Supreme, then God too will stand so far off that they cannot come near him.
