  மக்கள் கூட்டத்திற்கு உள்ளே வழிகாட்டிகளாக நிற்கின்ற ஆறு விதமான சமயங்களும்,

  The six kinds of religious way that stand as guides within the gathering of people

  உடலுக்கு உள்ளே நிற்கின்ற இறைவனைக் காண்பதில்லை.

  do not see the God who stands within the body.

  அதனால், இறைவனை அடைய வேண்டும் என்று வழிபாடு செய்யாமல், ஆசைகளுக்காக வெளிப்புறமாக இந்த ஆறு விதமான சமயங்களைப் பின்பற்றி அவற்றின் வழியே நடக்கின்றவர்கள், உண்மையை அறியாத மாயக் குழியிலேயே விழுந்து கிடப்பார்கள்.

  And so those who, instead of worshipping in order to reach God, follow these six kinds of way outwardly for the sake of their desires and walk along them, fall into the very pit of illusion where the truth is not known, and lie there.

  அவர்களுடைய மனைவியின் மீதும் பிள்ளைகளின் மீதும் இருக்கின்ற பாசத்தினால் ஆட்கொள்ளப்பட்டு, எப்போதும் பரிதவிப்பில் இருக்கின்ற வழியிலேயே அவர்கள் வாழ்கின்றார்கள்.

  Seized by the attachment they hold towards their wife and their children, they live along that very road on which one is always in anguish.
