  சிவந்த மேனியில் அருளை வழங்குபவன், கரிய மேனியில் மாயையால் மறைக்கின்றவன், வெள்ளை மேனியில் அண்ட சராசரங்கள் அனைத்திலும் ஜோதியாய்ப் பரவி இருக்கின்றவன், நன்மையைத் தந்து பச்சை மேனியில் ஆன்மாக்களைக் காத்து அருளுகின்றவன்;

  He who grants grace in a red body, he who conceals by illusion in a dark body, he who in a white body is spread as light through all the moving and unmoving worlds of the cosmos, he who gives good and in a green body guards and graces the souls;

  இப்படிப் பலவிதமான தன்மைகளைக் கண்டு உணர்ந்துகொண்டவர்களுக்கு, அவர்கள் கண்ட தன்மையிலேயே அருளை வழங்குகின்ற இறைவனை,

  to those who have seen and realized these many qualities of his, God grants his grace in the very quality they have seen; and of that God,

  கருமை நிறம் கொண்டு அகங்காரத்தை இல்லாமல் செய்து, யானையின் தோல் போன்ற ஆணவத்தை உரித்து எடுத்துத் தம்மேல் போர்த்திக்கொண்டு, நெருப்புக் கணலைக் கையில் கொண்டு,

  that he takes on darkness of colour and undoes egoism, that he flays the arrogance which is like an elephant's hide and wraps it about himself, and that he holds the burning fire in his hand,

  பிறவிகளை அறுத்து முக்தியை அருளுபவன் அவனே என்று உணர்ந்து, அவன் மேல் பேரன்பு கொள்ளுங்கள்.

  realize that he alone is the one who cuts away births and grants liberation, and hold great love for him.
