  புண்ணியத்தால் வானுலக வாழ்வு பெற்ற தேவர்கள் பூமழை தூவி,

  This verse declares that the celestials, who attained heavenly life through merit, showering flowers,

• வரி 2Line 2

  இறைவனுக்கு இணையான அவனுடைய இணையடி மந்திரத்தால் அவனைத் தியானித்து அர்ச்சனை செய்கின்றனர்.

  meditate and worship God with the mantra of his paired sacred feet, which is his equal,

• வரி 3Line 3

  அவனை நண்ணி, நம என்னும் பெயரை உணர்ந்து,

  and, drawing near, having realized the name "nama",

• வரி 4Line 4

  கண்ணால் காணும் அனைத்தையும் அந்த மந்திரமாகவே கண்டு, அதனுடன் கலந்து நிற்பார்கள் என்று இப்பாடல் கூறுகிறது.

  see everything they behold with their eyes as that very mantra, and stand blended with it.
