உரைmeaning
உயிர்கள் வாழ உதவும் உணவின் தானியமாகவும், அதைப் பக்குவமாகச் சமைத்த உணவின் சுவையாகவும், அந்த உணவை வயிற்றில் செரிக்கச் செய்யும் நெருப்பாகவும் இருக்கும் சிவசக்தியின் பெயர் 'நமசிவ' ஆகும். இந்த மந்திரத்தை எப்போதும் தியானித்துக்கொண்டே இருப்பவர்களுக்கு, தியானத்தின் பலனைத் தரும் அந்தத் தலைவி வெளிப்பட்டு துணையாக நிற்பாள் என்று இப்பாடல் கூறுகிறது.
Sivasakti, who exists as the grain that helps living beings live, as the taste of that food when it is rightly cooked, and as the fire that makes that food digest in the belly, her name is 'namasiva'. For those who ever meditate on this mantra, this verse declares, that mistress who grants the fruit of meditation will appear and stand as their support.
