  விந்துவும் நாதமும் மேவி யுடன்கூடிச் என்பது, முன்பு சொன்னபடி ஒலியும் ஒளியும் ஒன்றோடொன்று சேர்ந்து சாதகருடைய மனத்திற்குள் ஒருநிலைப்படுவதைச் சொல்லும்.

  As before, if sound and light merge together and become fixed in one state within the seeker's mind,

  சந்திர னோடே தலைப்படு மாயிடில் என்பது, மனம் இருக்கும் புருவ மத்திக்கு மேலிருக்கும் உச்சந்தலைப் பகுதியை அடைவதைச் சொல்லும்.

  reaching union at the crown, the moon-region above the point between the eyebrows,

  அந்தர வானத் தமுதம்வந் தூறிடும் என்பது, அந்த உச்சந்தலையில் அமிர்தம் ஊறுவதைச் சொல்லும்.

  nectar wells up in that inner sky at the crown of the head where the mind abides.

  அங்குதி மந்திரம் ஆகுதி யாமே என்பது, அந்த அமிர்தம் ஊறும் இடத்திலிருந்து உருவாகும் மந்திரம் சாதகருக்குள் வேள்வியாக இருப்பதைச் சொல்லும்.

  The mantra that arises from the place where that nectar wells up stands as a sacred offering within the seeker.
