  திருவம்பலச் சக்கரத்திற்குள் இருக்கும் 'நமசிவாய' என்னும் ஐந்து மந்திர எழுத்துக்களும் ஒவ்வொரு மந்திரத்திற்கும் முதல் எழுத்தாக மாறி மாறி வரும்படி சுழற்றி அமைக்கப்படுகின்றன.

  Within the sacred Ambalam chakra, the five mantra letters of namasivaya are arranged, turned in rotation, so that each letter stands first in one of the mantras.

  இனிப்போடு கலந்திருக்கும் சுவை போல, ஒவ்வொரு எழுத்தும் மற்ற எழுத்துக்களோடும் கலந்திருக்கும்.

  Each also blends among the letters of the others, just as a sweetness is blended into a taste.

  இப்படி அமைக்கப்படும் மந்திரங்கள் அனைத்தும் சேர்ந்து ஐம்பத்தோரு எழுத்துக்களாக அமைந்து திருவம்பலச் சக்கரமாக வரையப்படும்.

  All the mantras so arranged together form the fifty-one letters that are drawn as the sacred Ambalam chakra.

  அந்தச் சக்கரத்திற்குள் இனிப்போடு கலந்திருக்கும் சுவை போலவே இறைவனும் கலந்து நிற்பான்.

  Within that chakra, God himself stands blended, just as a sweetness is blended into a taste.
