உரைmeaning
உயிர்கள் இறைவனுடைய தன்மையைத் தமக்குள் உணர்ந்துகொள்வதற்காக மனிதப் பிறவியைப் பெற்றுள்ளன. அதை அறிந்து அனைத்து உயிர்களையும் இறைவனாகவே கண்டு உணர்பவர்கள், ஐந்தெழுத்தான 'நமசிவாய' என்னும் மந்திரத்தில் மறைவாக இருக்கும் பரம்பொருளை உள்ளத்தில் வைத்துத் தியானித்தால், அவர்களும் இறைவனாகும் பேற்றைப் பெற்று 'நமசிவாய' என்னும் ஐந்தெழுத்து மந்திரத்தைத் தாமாகவே உணர்வார்கள்.
Souls have obtained human birth in order to realize within themselves the nature of God. Those who know this and see and realize all souls as God, if they hold in their hearts and meditate upon the supreme reality that lies hidden within the five-lettered mantra namasivaya, they too attain the state of becoming God and come to realize the five-lettered mantra namasivaya as their own self.
