  பாடல் #1314 இல் உள்ளபடி புவனாபதி சக்கரத்தை முறைப்படி வரைந்து அதற்குப் பூஜைகள் செய்யும்போது, தூய்மையான மனத்துள் மனத்தாலேயே புவனாபதி சக்கரத்தின் ஆற்றலை உள்ளுக்குள் வரும்படி செய்யவேண்டும்.

  As verse 1314 says, when the Bhuvanapathi Chakra has been duly drawn and worship is offered to it, the practitioner must, with a pure mind, bring within, by the mind alone, the power of the chakra that stands outside.

  இவ்வாறு உலகங்களுக்கு அதிபதியாக இருக்கும் இறைவனையும் இறைவியையும் தமக்குள் அழைத்துக்கொள்ளவேண்டும்.

  In this way, the Lord and the Goddess who are masters of all the worlds must be invoked within oneself.

  அதன்பின் சக்கரத்திலுள்ள மந்திர பீஜங்களை மனத்துள் ஓதி, முறைப்படி அதற்குள் உயிர் நிலைபெறச் செய்து தமக்குள் வைக்கவேண்டும்.

  After that, the mantra's seed syllables in the chakra must be recited within the mind, life duly established within them, and they must be held within oneself.

  அதன்பின் இறையின் பேரொளி பொருந்திய ஆற்றலை, மனத்துள் வைத்த சக்கரத்தோடு ஒன்றாகப் பொருந்தும்படி செய்து முறைப்படி தியானம் செய்யவேண்டும்.

  After that, the Lord's radiant power must be made to unite with the chakra held in the mind, and meditation must be duly performed.
