  எத்தகைய சக்திகளையும் பெறுவதற்கு உதவும் இந்தச் சக்கரத்திற்கு, சரிசமமாக அதிபதிகளாக இருக்கும் இறைவன் இறைவியின் திருவடிகளைப் பற்றிக்கொண்டு போற்றி வணங்க வேண்டும்.

  One must hold to the sacred feet of the Lord and the Goddess, who together are equal masters of this chakra that helps in gaining any kind of power, and worship and bow before them.

  அதன் பலனாக இறைவன் சாதகருக்குச் சரியான குருவைக் காட்டி அருளுவார்; அந்தக் குருவிடம் முறைப்படி பெற்ற உபதேச மந்திரங்களையும் நியமங்களையும் முழுவதுமாக மனத்துள் வாங்கி உணரவேண்டும்.

  As its fruit, the Lord graciously shows the practitioner the right guru; from that guru, the mantras and disciplines received in the proper manner as initiation must be taken fully into the mind and sensed there.

  அதன்பின், குரு உபதேசித்த மந்திரங்களையும் நியமங்களையும் அவர் காட்டிய முறைப்படியே தமது உடல் அங்கங்களால் சரியாகச் செய்யவேண்டும்.

  After that, the mantras and disciplines the guru taught must be duly carried out with one's own bodily limbs, in the manner the guru showed.

  இனிமேல் தமக்குப் பிறவியே வேண்டாம் என வேண்டி, செப்புத் தகட்டில் ஆறு கோணங்கள் அமையும்படி இரண்டு பெரிய முக்கோணங்களை வரைந்து வைக்கவேண்டும்.

  And, praying that one may need no more birth, two large triangles must be drawn on a copper plate so as to form six corners.
