As verse 1309 says, the eight kinds of power found among the eight kinds of siddhis that practitioners attain by their yoga are themselves the full power belonging to eight kinds of yoga. When these eight powers join together and unite with Parashakti, who stands as the boundary of nada, the practitioner's own soul-light, which had stood apart, unjoined to them, has its egoism of "I" removed and is destroyed. This state, in which "I" is wholly destroyed and one stands united with the Goddess, does not reach and is destroyed for the base fools who, though the knowledge of God has come to them, fail to put it to right use.
