As in verse 1218, this verse declares that when seekers, who turn into the very Goddess who dwells within the seeker as both origin and end, become the fifty-one tattvas that are both time and the kalas, the Goddess herself is their very life. And when the Goddess stands united in this way with the seeker who has so become herself, both dwelling wholly as Shakti, the Lord too dwells joined as the equal half with the Goddess, who is adorned with beautiful ornaments.
