  பாடல் #1092 இல் உள்ளபடி, தலை உச்சியில் கேட்ட சிதாகாய மந்திரத்தின் மூலம்,

  As in verse 1092, through the sithakaya mantra heard at the crown,

  உயிர்கள் ஆதியிலிருந்தே தங்கள் ஆன்மாவோடு தொடர்ந்து வந்து இறைவனை அடையவிடாமல் உடலைச் சுற்றிக் கவசம் போலத் தடுத்திருக்கும் உயிர்ப் பயத்தையும் உலகப் பற்றையும் அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.

  one can come to know the fear of embodied life and the attachment to the world that have, since the beginning, followed the soul and stood around the body like armor, blocking the way to God.

  அந்த மந்திரத்துடன் நேத்திர முத்திரையையும் சேர்த்துத் தியானித்து வந்தால்,

  If one meditates, joining that mantra with the eye mudra,

• வரி 4Line 4

  அந்தப் பயமும் பற்றும் சூலத்தால் அழிந்து, இனிப் பிறவி இல்லாத நிலைக்குக் கொண்டு செல்லும்.

  that fear and attachment will be destroyed by the trident, and one will be carried to the state where there is no more rebirth.
