As in verse 1040, the Lord's great grace that the seeker has received nurtures, using the five elements as its instrument, the root fire within him, brings it to fullness, and, becoming a guru, guides him from within. According to the guidance the guru so shows, the body that is the nine pits transforms to match the nature of each of the seven worlds in turn. There, when one performs the act the guru has directed, one can see that world standing and bowing before him. This verse's gist is that the five elements keep nurturing the root fire within the seeker's body; when it reaches fullness it stands as guru and guides him to all seven worlds; accordingly, for the act the seeker performs there, those worlds will stand and bow to him.
