பாடல் 1037 இல் உள்ளபடி, சதாசிவமூர்த்தியுடன் கலந்து நிற்கும் சாதகரின் உடலாகிய நவகுண்டத்திலுள்ள அக்னியின் அடிப்பாகம் இறைவனின் பாதங்களாக இருக்கிறது. சுடராகப் பரவும் அக்னியே இறைவனின் கரங்களாக இருக்கிறது. குண்டத்திலிருந்து மேல்நோக்கி எழும் அக்னியின் ஜுவாலையே இறைவனின் சிவந்த முகமாகவும் மூக்காகவும் இருக்கிறது; அக்னியின் கங்கு இறைவனின் மூன்றாம் கண்ணாக இருக்கிறது. காற்றின் போக்கில் அலையும் அக்னியின் உச்சி நுனி இறைவனின் சடைபின்னிய முடிக்கற்றைகளாக இருக்கிறது; இப்படி நவகுண்டத்தின் அக்னியில் இறைவன் உத்தமமான உருவமாக இருக்கிறார் என்பதை இப்பாடல் காட்டுகிறது.
As in verse 1037, of the fire within the nine pits, the body of the seeker who stands mingled with Sadasivamurti, its base is the Lord's feet. The fire spreading as flame is the Lord's hands. The flame of the fire rising upward from the pit is the Lord's ruddy face and nose; the fire's spark is the Lord's third eye. The tip of the fire that wavers in the direction of the wind is the Lord's matted, braided locks; this verse shows that thus, in the fire of the nine pits, the Lord stands as the perfect form.
