நவகுண்டத்திலிருந்து எழும் அக்னியில், வெளிச்சமும் சத்தமும் காற்றும் ஆகிய மூன்றும் கைகளாக எழுகின்றன. இடகலை பிங்கலை ஆகிய நாடிகள் கூர்மையான முகங்களாக இருக்கின்றன. ஆறு சக்கரங்கள் கண்களாக இருக்கின்றன. இவ்வாறு உடலையே குண்டமாக வைத்து, நான்கு வேதங்களில் உள்ள மந்திரங்களை விடாமல் ஓதி உச்சரித்து, மூலாதாரத்திலுள்ள குண்டலினியை ஆறு சக்கரங்களுக்கும் மேலெழுப்பிச் செல்லும்போது, அந்தச் சக்கரங்களில் வீற்றிருக்கும் முடிவில்லாத இறை சக்தியை அறிந்துகொள்ளலாம்.
In the fire that rises from the nine pits, light, sound and wind, these three, rise as hands. The channels Ida and Pingala are its sharp faces. The six chakras are its eyes. Thus, holding the body itself as the pit, chanting and uttering without ceasing the mantras found in the four Vedas, and raising the kundalini in the muladhara up through all six chakras, one can come to know the endless divine power seated in those chakras.
