  பாடல் 1023 இல் உள்ளபடி உடலில் இருக்கும் முதுகுத்தண்டின் உச்சியில் எழும் சுடர் ஒரே ஜோதியாக அழகாக அசைந்தாடுகிறது.

  As in verse 1023, the flame that rises at the crown of the spine within the body sways beautifully as a single light.

  அப்போது அங்கிருந்து அமிர்தம் சுரந்து, சகஸ்ரதளத்தில் இருக்கும் ஆயிரம் இதழ் தாமரை மலர்ந்து விரிவடைகிறது.

  From there nectar flows, and the thousand petaled lotus at the sahasradalam blossoms and opens wide.

  இந்த செழுமையான சுடரே முக்கண்களையுடைய இறைவனின் திருமுகமாக இருக்கிறது.

  This radiant flame is the sacred face of the three eyed Lord.

  உடலையே குண்டமாகக் கருதி இந்த யாகத்தை மனத்தளவில் செய்தால், இறைவனின் மூன்றாம் கண்ணைக் குறிக்கும் பேரறிவு ஞானத்தை அடையலாம் என இப்பாடல் கூறுகிறது.

  This verse states that if one, holding the body itself as the sacrificial pit, performs this offering in the mind, one may attain the supreme wisdom signified by the Lord's third eye.
