  உடலுக்குள் மனத்தால் உருவகிக்கப்பட்ட முக்கோண வடிவக் குண்டத்திலிருந்து எழும் நெருப்பில் ஆடுகின்ற ஐந்து வாயுக்களும்,

  The five vital airs that dance in the fire rising from the triangular pit formed mentally within the body,

  உடலுக்கு உள்ளும் புறமும் இருக்கும்.

  exist both within and outside the body.

  அந்தக் குண்டத்திலிருந்து எழும் அக்னியிலிருந்து பன்னிரண்டு வகையான ஒலிகள் வெளிப்படும்.

  From the fire that rises from that pit, twelve kinds of sounds issue forth.
