முன்வினையால் எடுக்கப்பட்ட குண்டமாக இருக்கும் இந்த உடலை இயக்கும் பதினாறு கலைகள் உள்ளன. அந்தக் கலைகளுக்கு சக்தி ஊட்டும் அனலை, குண்டலினியிலிருந்து எழுகின்ற நெருப்பில் கண்டறிபவர்களுடைய பிறவியொடு தொடர்ந்துவரும் கொடிய வினைகள் எல்லாம் விலகிச் செல்லும் என்று இப்பாடல் கூறுகிறது.
This body, taken up as a pit by past deeds, is animated by sixteen kalais. Those who come to perceive, in the fire that rises from the kundalini, the flame that gives power to those kalais, will have every cruel karma that has followed them since birth depart from them, this verse declares.
