  அடிவயிற்றுக்குக் கீழே மூலாதாரத்துடன் ஒளியாக உடனிருக்கும் சக்தியை நாள்தோறும் மனதை ஒரு நிலைப்படுத்தித் தியானித்தால்,

  If one steadies the mind and meditates every day on the power that abides as light with the mooladhara below the navel,

  அந்த ஒளியான சக்தி கீழிருந்து எழுந்து வந்து கழுத்தில் நிற்கும்.

  that luminous power rises from below and comes to stand at the throat.

  இந்தப் பயிற்சியை முறைப்படி விடாமல் செய்து வந்தால், நெற்றியின் நடுவில் ஒலியாக இருக்கும் இறைவன் வெளிப்படுவான்.

  If this practice is kept up without fail in the proper way, God, who abides as sound at the centre of the forehead, is revealed.

  அதைத் தொடர்ந்து அந்த ஒலியையும் கீழிருந்து வந்த ஒளியையும் ஒன்றாகச் சேர்த்து தியானித்தால், அவை உடல் முழுவதும் பரவி உடலுக்கு மேலே செல்லும்.
