• வரி 1Line 1

  உயிர்கள் வழிபட்டு தமது பக்தியினால் தம்மைச் சிவமாகவும் சிவத்தைத் தம்மாகவும் ஆகிய இரு வழிகளிலும் அறிந்து உணர்ந்தால்,

  If souls worship and, by their devotion, come to know and realize both ways, themselves becoming Shivam and Shivam becoming themselves,

  அவ்வாறு உணர்ந்தவர்களின் பேரன்பினால்,

  then through the great love of such realization,

• வரி 3Line 3

  இறைவனை அடையும் வழிகளுள் நான்காம் நிலையை அடைவார்கள்,

  they attain the fourth of the stages by which God is reached,

• வரி 4Line 4

  அந்த நான்காம் நிலையை அடைந்தவர்கள் பேரொளியாகிய ஆதித்த தேவர் ஆவார்.

  and those who attain that fourth stage become the Aditya deity of great light.
